My Experience with AMEX Sync Amazon $25 off $75

Follow me on Facebook or Twitter or subscribe via email below to never miss out on a deal!

American Express is awesome for their constant offers at various retailers. I’ve gotten tons of cash back and free stuff from AMEX. One of the best deals right now is the AMEX Sync Amazon $25 off $75

I’ve already synced all my American Express cards here to earn $25 off $75. Here are some brief steps on how to sync your American Express credit card to the deal:

1. Enroll your AMEX card at https://enroll.amexnetwork.com/US/en/Amazon/

2. Buy a $75 Amazon Gift Card with synced card

3. Wait for confirmation email.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 with another AMEX card

One big trick is to add authorized users to your AMEX card because when adding an authorized user, the AU receives a different credit card number which is tied to the primary user’s account.

My Results

I synced one of my AMEX credit cards via Twitter and 3 of my other cards through the AMEX website.  The Twitter synced AMEX took about 6 hours to confirm, but the remaining credit cards synced through the AMEX website were either instant or took about 1 hour to receive the confirmation .

Use the AMEX website for best results.  AMEX has never failed its promise with these sync deals for me even though the credits may post slowly.  Be patient everyone.

I didn’t overdo my AMEX cards this year because I wanted to enjoy the holidays.  I actually forgot 2 of my AMEX cards for small business Saturday at home when I was travelling.

American Express is really awesome doing all these promotions including Small Business Saturday.  This AMEX sync Amazon deal is probably the best deal I’ve seen in a while.  If you don’t have an American Express card or at least 4 AMEX cards, consider applying for one.  I only have 3 at the moment, but I am waiting for some better offers for AMEX Gold and Platinum.  Right now, the AMEX SPG business or personal credit card, or AMEX Blue Cash Preferred are decent choices if you don’t have an AMEX card.  Of course, consider your travel goals if those credit cards will work for you.

Save at least $400 on your next trip using one of my favorite credit cards, Barclaycard Arrival World Mastercard! 40K points with no fee first year. See the Credit Card Deals page for more offers. Thanks for your support!

I just registered my AE cards (3) for the Amazon Credit. How do you Sync your cards. If I understood it correctly, I can only sync one card with my facebook page. Do not have a four square or a twitter account. Please be specific. I am inexperienced. Thank you

If you used the link in step #1 for each of your 3 cards then all you have to do is buy a $75 gift card with each AMEX. You will receive the $25 credit in 4-6 weeks, but in my experience it takes about a week or two. You do not need Twitter, Foursquare or Facebook.

Yet to find a blog post confirming or mentioning if this promo works with any amex logo credit cards or amex issued amex? Only MMS mentioned it

I think just AMEX issued. Looks like enrollment via link has closed. Twitter works still

When you buy a Amazon Gift card. Do you get a code emailed so you can use it to buy stuff or you can give the code to someone as a gift? How does this work?

Print at home is to yourself. You will get a PDF with the code to apply to your account. Email to someone emails the gc to someone.

I synced 2 cards of mine with twitter and it was nearly instant. I’ve noticed that I can only do 1 card directly on the AMEX site per deal and the rest have to be done by twitter. Unfortunately I only have 3. I also did the 25 off 100 at Land’s end deal the other day.
